IL COVO 67 m2 (4+2) Appartement situé au premier étage; on y accède par un escalier extérieur et une loggetta, communs à l’appartement Il Soppalco. Salle de séjour/salle à manger avec divan-lit pour 2 personnes, une cuisine, 1 chambre matrimoniale, 1 chambre avec 2 lits d’une personne, salle de bain avec douche. . Équipement : le four à micro-ondes, le réfrigérateur + congélateur, le four électrique, plan de cuisson avec 4 feux, bouilloire, cafetière, grille pain, l mini robot de cuisine …. Tout ce qu’il faut nécessaire pour bien cuisiner.Séchoir à cheveux .Terrasse privée équipée sur le jardin, devant l'appartement. Borgo Santa Maria Bourg médiéval remontant au 17ème siècle, situé dans les collines sur la rive gauche de le fleuve Arno, près d’Arezzo (15 kms.). Il y a en total 1 chalet et 4 appartements de 2 à 8 personnes., il est possible de louer une unité simple, ou la maison entière = pour 30 personnes. Notre maison de campagne a été créée par la rénovation avec amour et soigneuse d'un grand état de XVII siècle, près du Sanctuaire ancien de Santa Maria dans Valle, dont les origines datent des derniers Âges mûrs. La ferme, divisée en une petite chalet et quatre appartements, est mise sur une position panoramique sur les pentes douces qui descendent vers le fleuve d'Arno. La maison est entourée d’un vaste jardin équipé de tables, sièges et parasols, dans lequel se trouve également une piscine (8x12m) avec une zone adaptée pour les enfants (3x3 m). Les appartements sont complètement meublés avec goût et sont tous dotés d’un téléviseur par satellite. Tous les appartements ont leur propre système de chauffage. La région panoramique et silencieuse est seulement trois kilomètres du beau Village médiéval de Laterina, le logement apprécie la vie privée de campagne, la proche proximité aux attractions et aux agréments d'Arezzo et c'est la base idéale pour beaucoup d'excursion dans toute l'Italie Centrale. Il y a de bonnes autoroutes et des liens de rail avec le reste de Tuscane et avec le train vous pouvez être dans le cœur de Florence dans moins d'une heure, Sienne est seulement 45 minutes de distance.( En voiture vous pouvez facilement atteindre Sienne) Le magasin d'avantage, la banque, la pharmacie et différents magasins d'alimentations sont à 2.5 kms de la maison . Plus de magasins, supermarchés et hypermarchés sont dans Levane, Montevarchi et Arezzo. Plus de renseignements La région est pleine des restaurants agréables, où vous pouvez goûter la cuisine Toscane typique. Marches en plein air tous les jours. La gare pour aller à Florence 7 km de la maison avec parking libre, Tous nos hôtes ont apprécié cette solution, puisqu'il leur permet de visiter la ville et revenir le soir et se reposer dans l'encerclement silencieux de notre maison. The valley of Valdarno is divided between the provinces of Arezzo and Florence. The section Aretina is light to include l'ondulato territory furrowed dall'ambra, a tributary of the left of the largest river Toscano. The upper Valdarno has many landscapes: alpine and Solitaire on the high slopes of the Pratomagno; bumpy from picturesque erosion clayey at the foot of the same backbone; clearly characterized "rights in the central part, crossed by the major means of communication of the country (Autostrada del Sole, direct rail); typical Tuscan hill to the South, to the place and the senese. In the Middle Ages the valley was in the long dispute between Florence and Arezzo. The main centres of the upper Valdarno are Montevarchi, San Giovanni Valdarno, Figline Valdarno, Terranuova Bracciolini, Incisa in Val d' Arno, Reggello. Laterina castle was inhabited ever since very ancient times, as the Etrurian dwellings and the probable Roman settlements of the Augustan age testify. The development of the ancient hamlet started in the 11th century, when deep social transformations brought the populations settled on the planes or in clusters of houses scattered on the hill to gather inside the castle, for safety reasons as well as in order to be closer to the then completed main road, the most important communication and commercial traffic way of Valdarno. In 1272, Arezzo took possession of Laterina to hold up the expansion in Valdarno of the Florentines. Since then for over one century, the castle witnessed bloodshed between the Republic of Florence and the Town of Arezzo. After a series of ups and downs, exactly in Laterina, on the 5th November 1384, the treaty was signed that sanctioned the final defeat of Arezzo and the delivery of the territories of the old village to the Republic of Florence. The historical centre is in perfect conditions and lies on a hill that dominates the Arno plain: the plan has a longitudinal pattern and adapted itself to the line of the ridge on which it lies. The circle of walls encloses the village that overlooks the rugged declivity of the hill. The ancient centre is made up of three parallel streets: the central one, the "Via di Mezzo" ends to the east with the Fortress and to the west with the tower Torre Guinigi. In the middle of the village there is the square with the church of S. Ippolito and S.Cassiano which took this name from the old parish that used to be in the surroundings. On one side of the church the remains of a Roman mosaic coming from the same parish are visible. Externally, a path unfolded along the circle of walls, recognisable today only here and there. In the part to the north-east there is the gate Porta di Ghianderino: this is the only gate of the three original ones that remains and it is the architectural element that mostly reminds us of the ancient walls, made with hewn sandstone and Arno river stones. A little downward from the circle of walls the sanctuary of S. Maria in Valle can be found. Out of Laterina, along the Via Vecchia Aretina, the Villa Monsoglio is to be pointed out, one of the most magnificent villas around Arezzo. It has an extensive Italian garden and interiors decorated with frescoes. The villa was built on an old hospital erected on the road (probably of Roman origins) that connected the Via dei Setteponti to the Cassia Adrianea, on the other side of the Arno river. It was the Peruzzi family of Florence that at the end of the seventeenth century turned the hospital into the present villa. Near Laterina there used to be the bridge Ponte Romito, so called because in the near hospital (founded in 1109 and now known as Villa Monsoglio) had settled one or more "repentants", usually Franciscan tertiaries, commonly called by the population "hermits". The bridge, whose ancient structures remain, was important for the communications between Arezzo and Valdarno.
